ReplyDeleteBeautiful pic of Our Lady...I've been going to mass for a year now and it has brought much deep peace and calm to my life.
ReplyDeleteMy son has Our Lady Of Guadelupe tattooed on his arm..it is part of his sleeve and so beautiful.
Aw! I know exactly what you mean. In fact, when I was being blue-lighted to the National last year, all I could do was say all the prayers that I knew and I just felt so peaceful and calm - right up to when I was taken in for brain surgery. One of the quotes from a recent Mass at the time kept me strong. It was "if you believe, what are you afraid of?" or words to that effect. Certainly helped me!
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year! I love your new style header and am glad you found something else to make you happy.
ReplyDeleteHave been going to midnight mass a while and wear Our Lady around my neck all the time, brings me happy, loving thoughts.
Look forward to reading your blog this year!
