Thanks to you all for wishing my lovely Mum Good Luck in my last post....she was very brave and went ahead with the operation, the doctor told her, that she would be able to use the palm of her left hand still, so that made her mind up!
After she came out of hospital, we went home and I cooked her a meal and we watched saturday night television together. Then the next day, after sleeping in my lovely old bedroom (Check out that lovely little money plant, that Mum has grown from a seedling, for me :) below) Mum decided that we should go out for a Meal.
We went to one of our favourite restaurants in Hainault called 'The Dick Turpin' it used to be a Beefeater, but now it belongs to a chain of restaurants called Miller & Carter, and oh what lovely food, I always have the steak and Mum loves the Lamb cutlets! Hmmmm!
She was feeling much better and even managed to put on her tights, she insisted on doing it herself, even though we had to laugh afterwards, because she had laddered them quite a few times in the process! LOL!
Bye for now,
awww thats lovely news and so good to hear it went well. Bless you both. dee x
