Hi Happy,
ReplyDeleteI did not find the magazine in my hometown, so I would love to take part in your giveaway.
Not a room, but a little house you can help me out with is my garden shed. I painted it in a greyish green colour in march and have been decorating it ever since. You can see photos of the shed on my blog. I am very happy with the result, but it is lacking something.......It needs an experienced eye to see what I mean...perhaps your colourful and 'Happy' look to it can help me out!!
Enjoy your weekend!
Lieve groet, Madelief
In my case it would be 1. the garden. It could need some fresh and nice mixed new plants and some decoration matching together.
ReplyDeleteSonja
My yard! I've made a start and it is getting cute--old bed frame, pottery mushrooms, metal flowers--but it needs to be "happied" up a notch...I'd love some Union Jack banners!
ReplyDelete... and 2. our daughters room. I found some cute things, like flags, frames,..., but they don`t really fit together. And I think it would be so nice to have a cute room for her!
ReplyDeleteWith love from Germany!
Sonja
My conservatory, its a bit bland and needs the Happy touch.
ReplyDeleteYes, I'd have you help me decorate my living room. Oh it needs some love!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for the opportunity and your blog of inspiration!

I am in the market for a little trailer to make a studio out of so I would love to have your help decorating that, I love yours!!

We would definitely play in my new creative space as it is ripe for decorating which really means it is floor to ceiling packing boxes currently. I am not sure why I thought the kitchen and office should be unpacked first. :) Oh well, the kids are fed and now I need to feed my creative spirit. When we are done, I will make you tea and my grandmother's Snickerdoodles. As you snack, I will casually mention that my virtual room (blog) could use a little touch up as well. I will stealthily (a word?) push my laptop across the table for you to begin work. You will be so dazzled by my baking that, while in a sugar haze, you will create a fabulous place for me to write and share about my crazy, crazy life. I might let you go home after that, but the dining room could use a little...
ReplyDeleteAs soon as I saw your last post I went out and bought this mag for a nosey around your house! I am dreadful. So I don't want you to enter me I just wanted to say well done and your home and style is so beautiful as are you and Rosie!
ReplyDeleteKandi x
I would have your help me decide what to put above my cabinets in the kitchen. My hubby just put something across them so that I can decorate! Thanks! ♥ I'm having a little fairy book giveaway right now...hurry over to enter! ♥
ReplyDeleteOh Happy..as I lie there in my bath, first off I think about the make over I'd like for this 50 year old bod (don't panic...I know you can't help me there) then my eyes gaze around and i think 'Hmmm' Not quite there yet with the bathroom! I would love a copy of the magazine but more than that I need you to make over this bathroom! Any chance of that? What fun. I could make cake!!! Love, Amanda xxx
ReplyDeleteWAAAAAAHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot tell you how excited I am to be following your blog after "stalking" you on Flickr!!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your style!!!
As far as funny, I now have performance anxiety and can't think of a thing!
I would love for you to do my youngest son's room, because "Happy" obviously fits you in more ways than one!! Thanks for the free giveaway too. I am going to sit right here until you announce my name! (Well after I dust off the table where I am going to put the book!!)

ReplyDeletemy bathroom needs some help for sure! I painted it just weeks ago and the paint was completely a different color then the color on the can!I was foolish and thought it would be okay after it dried. It is a weird orange color!I wish you could come and decorate my house,it is such a fright!
ReplyDeletejacksoncrisman(at)yahoo(dot)com
Oh-- We would have fun decorating any room with you!! HAH!! But I would say my kitchen needs some Happy luvin! Joanna Peck cherishedroses(at)hotmail(dot)com
ReplyDeleteok it would have to the downstairs loo/utility/dumping ground. Its small about 7 ft square & has a high roof. It houses(are you ready)a loo & sink, a washer with a tumble dryer on top & a whole load of junk & buckets and washing powder on top of that. It then has a tall thin pine book case which holds all our shoes on what is supposed to be a shelf each and the ironing pile is on top of this. So you sit on the loo with the washer deafening you, the dryer steaming you, shoes all over the place & potentially a bucket falling on your head when the washer stars to spin ! see why I dont know where to start !
ReplyDeleteMost of my house has been redecorated over the thirtysome years we've lived here, but our master bedroom really needs a do over from top to bottom. The carpet in there is at least twenty years old, gray and just plain awful!
ReplyDeleteMy sewing room could do with some happiness at the moment. It looks like I've set of a bomb in the middle of the room.If you go to my blog and scroll down a bit you'll find pic's I posted of it a little while ago.I want my sewing room to be a happy place with lots of colour and organisation not a constant maze I have to traverse through when I want to sew :) Barb.
ReplyDeleteOoohhhh Happy it'd either be my bedroom or lounge as at the moment I'm not sure what I'm doing with either!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend,
Victoria xx
Wow. How to pick a room. I want them all done but if I have to pick one, it would be the living room. Mine is boring at the moment.
ReplyDeleteWe were homeless last year- for a year. We lived in a large 6 berth retro caravan with our two girls ( both under 4 at the time)I love what you did to your caravan. So I would choose for our caravan to be blissed with retro nostalgia. xx
ReplyDeleteI would love you to decorate my kitchen!! Our kitchen is a boring black and silver, so ordinary.
ReplyDeleteRose
I would like your help redecorating my bedroom. Im sure you could turn my bedroom into a lovely budoir with your lovely style ;-) When you are done we can start with my garden.... I would looove to have a caravan like yours in my garden.
ReplyDeleteCross my fingers and hope to win this amazing magazine!
/Lotten
Happy, you MUST come to the States and redecorate my sunroom! I spend hours in this room every day and it needs some more "happy!" I live in warm, sunny Florida and you can stay in our guest cottage!
ReplyDeleteOr perhaps the boys room, I am trying to puzzle it out and have decided the only solution is to put in a new window! Gill.
ReplyDeleteI just returned from the lovely country of England - a trip of a lifetime! As far as which room you could help me decorate - I think it would have to be my bathroom - the only place I can really escape to - LOL - and it could use some "Happy-ness" since it is the same as it was originally 22 years ago. I deserve to smile when I'm in there, don't you think! Wouldn't my family be jealous listening to the happy twitter of laughter while they try to break down the door for my attention! Ha!
ReplyDeleteWell, Happy Pink Saturday to you.
Blessings,
Tricia
Hi Happy, definitely my bedroom, it is dull, dull, dull and I simply don't know where to begin. I congratulate you on the mag and on the photos for the cards. The vintage caravan is so great, I show it to everybody I know. Thanks for the giveaway. Ebru
ReplyDeleteHi Happy. Your giveaway makes me happy and I thank you sincerely for the fun!
ReplyDeleteYou would totally have to help me decorate my living room.
It has been in a state of flux since we bought our home 8 years ago experiencing incarnations as an office, a bedroom, a workroom and currently housing 14,391 teeny tiny pieces of Vintage Fisher Price that our Grands play with when I babysit. In addition to the 14,391 teeny tiny pieces of clutter it also houses about 83 bolts of fabric from a small quilt business I have and a giant lifesize elephant head in hammered metal that is totally hideous. My husband had it when we got married and is still enamored of it.
Gosh.
Almost makes you want to travel to Arizona, doesn't it?
My new craftroom would be the obvious choice in my little abode but what I'd really like is a Happy Car! Tis a very sad one at the mo and grey inside and out. I'd love it painted in a cheery colour and lots of happy styling on the inside so when I'm stuck in traffic I won't be mad as it would mean I can sit there and smile at my lovely interior :o)
ReplyDeleteA Happy makeover on me car would also stop my naughty niece writing pooh all the time in the thick layer of dust on the bodywork lol!
Thanks for the chance to win. xx
I would love to have help with my living room. It is small and every corner needs to be utilized.
ReplyDeleteNo contest Happy, the bathroom would be it. Ever since I found your post on cath Kidston in the bathroom I have never been quite the same. My bathroom is so boring, so conservative, so Country Living before it's had it's first ciggy and a coffee for the day!Needs a good dose of the CK Happy Style makeovers! But I do have a new loo, so every cloud eh?
ReplyDeleteLove Jacqui
Hi Happy, I am in desperate need of our hallway & landing being made over. It is a bright shade of orange from when that was fashionable (about 15 years ago). My husband decided to patch up some bits where the paint was coming off and used a different shade of orange! It now looks like it has the measles! :-O Please help. (lol)
ReplyDeleteCome on over to America and help me in my garden! I swapped some seeds from CK from Lemonade Kitty, I'll find a trailer and you and I can go to town decorating! Bring Rosie along for a great time which will include lots of shopping! I'd love a copy of that magazine! Loves, Christine
ReplyDeleteDear Happy,
ReplyDeleteIf you come over to my house, I will let you go crazy decorating my bedroom. Maybe YOU can convince my husband that the master bedroom is NOT a good place for his computer, books, papers and ugly bulletin board. Please bring a bunch of stuff with the Union Jack on it too because it's very hard to get such things in Canada.
... I can dream can't I?
Cheers ~
Dawn.
Oh, how HAPPY I am for HAPPY !!!
ReplyDeleteYou make me more than SMILE. I live in Northern California and I have a precious little English friend who is 91 and who is now, officially a citizen of the USA. SHE LOVES BLUE...I made her one of the OLD BLIGHTY BANNERS FOR HER BEDROOM AND HUNG IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER BED. Your humor reminds me so much of her.....her stories are THE BEST. Oh, what fun to see you in this magazine...I wish we could purchase it here in the U.S. Many HAPPY CONGRATULATIONS DEAR HAPPY.

ReplyDeleteI would want you to help redecorate my kitchen.
