Happy Weekend

I hope you gals all had a lovely weekend....I was very good and hardly visited my computer again.....baby steps to totally computer free weekends! 

I did get out and about though and picked up this lovely vintage scottie dog postcard...it so reminded me of a picture I had taken earlier in the week....aahhh! Bless, look at Max and his new best friend, he has taken to him rather well! and loves to play and sniff his bits! another bad doggie habit! LOL! Thank goodness its only a plush toy dog...otherwise I think he would of got fed up with all the attention by now!

I also re-arranged the kitchen and added a shelf here and there....I am getting very good at DIY! well if banging a few nails is DIY then I'm ya gal!

Another little job I got around too, was sewing up our worn out armchair....I just love that worn out look...but it was getting too worn out on the arms....so I sewed them up with red cotton, and I loved how it looks now....soooo shabby chic!
